Welcome to WhataGreatLight™. (“our,” “we” or “us”) website, WhataGreatLight.com (the “Site”). We strive to make our flashlights the best of quality possible, however, if you are not satisfied with your order, we make the return process simple and easy.

WhataGreatLight™ Guarantee

The WhataGreatLight™ Guarantee is a pledge of excellence and that we stand behind our products for their durability and quality. While we offer the best guarantee in the light industry, there are conditions that we have to set in order to prevent abuse and to keep WhataGreatLight™ up and running for many years to come.

Waterproof Guarantee:

After exposure to water, you must wait 72 hours then charge the flashlight fully before use again. If our flashlights fail to turn on and give light after the above procedure, we will replace your specific flashlight free of charge (any additional items are subject to our approval).

Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with our products, you may return your order back to us in good condition and we will refund your order, however, if we suspect any foul play or abuse of this guarantee, we have the right to revoke this Guarantee.

Return Policy & Refunds

We offer a 60 day return policy from the purchase date. Return shipping is free on your 1st return package for any order, any additional returns will have a $9.95 shipping fee attached and will be deducted from your refund.

In order to begin the refund process, use our contact page here or email us here to request a return.

  • In order for us to process your return, please provide us your full name, email, phone number, and date of purchase via contact form submission and/or email (support@whatagreatlight.com). 
  • After contacting us, we will email you with further instructions on proceeding with your refund or replacement.
  • Returns cannot be processed without a Return Authorization from Us.
  • Only items that are “Like New” will be refunded. Products/Items that are decorated, altered, or discolors cannot be returned, unless mentioned otherwise by Us.
  • Combining your shipping time, inspection time, and your bank’s credit processing time it could take 7-21 days to have your refund issued.
  • Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Please note that any import duties or fees associated with international shipping to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, or other countries on returns or replacement items must be paid by you. This does not apply for customers based in the United States.
